Reiki level I

Your introduction to the magical energy of Reiki

Reiki 1 is thought of as mainly Reiki for the self

Instruction is given for giving Reiki sessions to the self, family, friends, animals and plants

Reiki 1 training is in-person and training takes place over 2/3 sessions + on-going support.

In-person attunements are received. Reiki 1 energy enables you to start giving Reiki both as self healing and to family and friends.  Many people are happy to stay at this level and benefit greatly from the Reiki experience.   Some choose to move on to the next level with Reiki, that is Reiki II.

Manuals are provided plus a Reiki 1 Handbook and a certificate is issued.

You have the opportunity to attend the monthly Reiki Support Group run, thus giving you the opportunity to share your experiences of Reiki with other Reiki students

The usual amount of time to progress from Reiki 1 to Reiki 11 is 3 months

Reiki 1 training is £195

A Reiki 1 refresher course is available at a cost of £95 when taken with a traditional Reiki 1 training This is useful for CPD and also if COVID has restricted your Reiki development

For Reiki Connection paid-up members the refresher course is £75
