So, in September (2023) Mr Motivator, at the initial request from Kate, came to Cirencester to promote exercise and fitness! This event was put on by South Cotswold District (Kate works for them). It started with Mr Motivator on stage with 2 of his motivators and he insisted that Kate join them too – especially as she is one of his motivator team. Then Mr Motivator jumped down from the stage on to the hall floor exercising with all who wanted to join in.
It was a great event and many who attended were able to have their photo taken with him.
So… below you will see some photos taken at the event. Yes that’s me with Kate and Mr Motivator – I’m the old one, only 2 years older than Mr M. but without the fitness.
